is executed.
1. Connect Your Data
Upload utility bills or sync ENERGY STAR® Portfolio Manager®. Twelve months of consumption, cross-validated against your building's public LL84 filing.
2. Compute & Validate
The engine applies the adopted 1 RCNY §103-14 coefficients and property-type caps — every constant verified against the rule text, estimated exposure labeled as such.
3. Audit-Ready Package
A formula-linked Excel workbook, a source-cited PDF report, and a BEAM transcription sheet — with estimated penalty exposure and the calculation shown.
4. Certify & File
A licensed PE or RA reviews and e-signs through the platform's RDP workflow, then certifies the filing in the DOB's BEAM portal.
